Welcome to Hacker Tax and Accounting LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website (bhackertax.com) and engaging our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

Fees and Payment

• Fees for services are based on the scope and complexity of work.
• Payment is due before or upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.
• Late payments may result in additional fees or service suspension.
• Certain services may require a deposit before work begins.

Refunds

• Refund Policy

  Non-Refundable Services: Due to the nature of tax and accounting services, all fees paid are non-refundable once services have been rendered.

• Prepaid Services:

  If a client cancels before we begin working on their request, a partial refund may be granted, less administrative costs.
   

• Errors and Omissions:

  We will correct any errors or omissions we are responsible for at no additional cost. However, we are not responsible for penalties or interest due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

 Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about our services:

• • Contact Us – Reach out within 7 days of service completion to discuss the issue.
  • Internal Review – We will investigate and attempt to resolve disputes in good faith.
  • Litigation – Litigation terms and venue will be contained in an engagement letter that will be signed before services are rendered. 

  We are not liable for any penalties, interest, or other consequences resulting from incorrect information provided by the client.

Limitation of Liability

Hacker Tax and Accounting LLC is a limited liability company. We provide services based on the information you supply and are not responsible for financial outcomes beyond our control. We are not liable for tax penalties, interest, or financial losses due to misrepresentation, omission, or regulatory changes.

Confidentiality & Data Security

We maintain the confidentiality of all client information. All client data is stored, secured, and transmitted shared via TaxDome. TaxDome is SOC 2 compliant and meets the AICPA’s Statements on Standards for Tax Services (SSTSs).

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on bhackertax.com, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
